Tosca |
My sweet companion,
Tosca is a dog with special needs. She was diagnosed
two years ago with diabetes and Cushings Disease.
The diabetes has caused her to become completely blind.
Despite her health issues, she maintains a cheerful
demeanor and spunky personality. Tosca’s health
issues require very careful attention to maintain
her health. |
She requires insulin twice daily as
well as other medications and a special diet. In
addition to administering medication, it is important
to be able to recognize clinical symptoms that would
indicate any problems she may be having with her
blood sugar.
Lauren demonstrated experience with
pets with special health needs, and especially experience
with pets with diabetes. I would never leave Tosca’s
care to just anyone. She is my best friend. With
Lauren she received careful attention, lots of loving
care, exercise and fun cuddle time. Lauren provided
me with a report of every visit and noted her observations
with Tosca. Lauren is attentive, intuitive, and
loving with my Tosca. I am so pleased with her services
and know that Tosca looks forward to her visits
in the future!

has been wonderful caring for our three large dogs,
Ruch, Hank, and Grace. We trust her completely and
feel very comfortable knowing she plays with them,
comforts and loves them while we are away. Our home
is well looked after and Lauren has an amazing attention
to detail that is rare to find. We recommend her highly!

Spike

I
have had my cockatiel Spike for almost 19 years. He is
like my "feathered child". Willie came to me
when my mother, now 93 years old, had to begin living
in a skilled nursing facility. Willie and Spike have both
led fairly sheltered lives with me being their primary
caregiver. |

When
Lauren came over for our initial visit, I could tell
right away that the three of them would get along.
Her voice was soft and she focused her attention on
them immediately. I felt instantly relieved as I was
to embark on a month journey to India.

Lauren was
fastidious in every way. Her attention to details around
the care of the birds was impressive. Most importantly
I saw an earnest love and respect for animals. These
little birds knew right away. When I returned from my
trip Spike and Willie were well adjusted and well fed.
They showed no signs of stress. It was so great to be
able to leave them in my home, their home, with all
that is familiar.

My
name is Analine. I live a very pampered life with my parents
and my friend Jack. Jack doesn't talk to the media so
I'm going to speak for both of us. About two years ago
my vet diagnosed me as being diabetic. I now have to have
shots twice a day which can be a problem if you have active
parents like I do. Rather than leave me at the vet when
they go away, my parents call Lauren. |

and I hit it off right from the start. She used to
have a cat that was diabetic and she gives good shots.
When she comes to visit my house she takes care of
Jack and myself in the manner to which we have become
accustomed. The best part is that she will even give
me my shots in bed (such service). I can give a howling
recommendation to any other cat that would like to
be treated like a queen while their parents are away!

Lauren
is an angel who has been sent to my family and I. We travel
a lot and I was always worried when I had to take Paco and
Shadow to the vet for boarding. I know they received a lot
of attention, but I knew that they would have much rather
been at home. |

We and our
kitties are so glad to have met Lauren. The extra care
and attention that she gives each and every pet has made
our two necessary trips worry free. Even our diabetic cat “Chester” received

Pyewacket's
was quite a find for us! We were able to go
on vacation and leave our pets (Bingo, Bear and Buddie)
in very capable and loving hands and in their
familiar home setting. |
Our pets
were kept on their routine schedules of feeding and
exercise and received extra loving care while we
were gone. We highly recommend Lauren's services
to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation and feel
absolutely certain that their pets are comfortable and
are receiving the same loving care they would
have been given if you were home.
